BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Rescheduling the February 5-6, 2020 meetings will allow the Mayor and Councilmembers to attend the SA to DC Trip. Due to Spring Break, it is necessary to reschedule the March 11-12, 2020 City Council Meetings.
ISSUE:
A quorum may not be available during these times.
ALTERNATIVES:
N/A
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no fiscal impact associated with rescheduling the City Council meetings.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Office of the City Clerk is requesting approval of this Ordinance.
