BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Housing Commission, to effectively fulfill their charge, will collectively examine and reframe their roles and purpose.
ISSUE:
The facilitator will guide the commission through the following:
• Participants share what brings them to work on the commission
• Revisiting the nature and purpose of the commission for a clear, shared understanding of the role, accountabilities and possibilities
• Clarifying the landscape:
o Identifying the key entities in the San Antonio housing policy space
o Identifying the relationship between the different entities
