Reviewing our progress and setting our course
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Housing Commission, to effectively fulfill their charge, will review the first year’s progress and establish the course for the following year.
ISSUE:
The facilitator will guide the commission through the following:
• The status of the commission
• The connection between the commission, the Mayor’s Housing Policy Taskforce Framework and housing in San Antonio
• Identifying the Critical Path to stay on track in 2020
o The requirements from commission and commissioners
• Identifying one shared vision for 2020
o Identifying one key performance indicator
