SUMMARY:
Street Name Change Case ADDR-SNC-19-12700003 Council District 8: A request by Pape-Dawson Engineers for approval of a resolution to change Loma View to Dominion Vista, located northwest of Arnold Palmer in the Dominion subdivision within City Council District 8.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The residential subdivision is currently under construction, the property was platted with a duplicated street name. Renaming the street by Ordinance will correct the discrepancy without an amending plat.
Analysis and Notification Process:
This street name change was processed in accordance with Chapter 6 Section 672(d)(2) of the City Code that allows the elimination of duplication in street names.
This Street Name Change would require 0 address changes; as no addresses have been issued to date.
The segment consists of approximately two hundred and eighty (280) linear feet and 0 public signs.
