The previous "A" zoning district converted to "R-5" Residential Single-Family District with the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, established by Ordinance 93881, dated May, 03, 2001. The property was rezoned from "R-5" to "C-2" Commercial District by Ordinance 2014-08-21-0627 on August 21, 2014. The property was then rezoned from "C-2" to "C-2 S" with a Specific Use Authorization for a Carwash by Ordinance 2019-10-03-0824, dated October 3, 2019.
