The North 112 feet of the South 231.67 feet of Lot 34 and the North 112 feet of the South 231.67 feet of Lot 32 was rezoned on December 13, 1990 from "A" Single-Family District to "O-1" Office District and "B-3NA" Business District, Nonalcoholic Sales by Ordinance 72782. The remaining portions of the property converted from "A" Single-Family District to "R-5" Residential Single-Family District with the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, established by Ordinance 93881, dated May, 03, 2001.
