If the City Administration deems it necessary, a Special City Council Meeting may be scheduled.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Each July, the City Council Meetings are rescheduled in preparation of the City Manager’s Budget for FY 2020-2021. Additionally, Special Budget Meetings are added.
ISSUE
Due to Staff Budget Meetings, it is necessary to reschedule various City Council and Council Committee Meetings.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
RECOMMENDATION
The Office of the City Clerk is requesting approval of this Ordinance.
