SUBJECT: Pre-Solicitation Briefing for a Resident Connection Platform
SUMMARY:
This presentation will provide a brief project scope and overview of a comprehensive Resident Connection Platform project and pending solicitation. The presentation will provide an overview of the platform, solicitation type, annual expense, evaluation committee, and plan for implementation.
Once responses are received and reviewed, staff will return to provide another presentation and recommendation for award.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Government and Public Affairs Department (GPA) is seeking proposals for a platform for enhanced resident engagement throughout the City. A qualified vendor would have a demonstrated record of delivering a turnkey platform with the following five components: constituent management system, boards and commissions application system, meeting management for City Council agendas, survey creation and management, and comprehensive events calendar. Qualified vendors will have a focus on user-centric design and must be able to provide all components in multiple languages and provide an accessible platform for all users.
