RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivison Plat that consists of 15.00 acre tract of land, which proposes ninety four (94) single-family residential lots, one (1) non-single family residential lot, and approximately two thousand one hundred twenty-four (2,124) linear feet of public streets.
