ANALYSIS:

The applicant is requesting a time extension in order to fulfill the improvements required by the approval of Plat # 160399 - BCB - Louis Bauer - Phase 1. Said improvements have not been initiated due to economic factors, and the current expiration date for the plat is August 22, 2020.

 

Case History:

This plat was approved by the Planning Commission on June 30, 2017.

 

Alternative Actions:                     

The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension per Section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
