RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision plat that consists of 44.27 acre tract of land, which proposes one hundred twenty five (125) single-family residential lots, five (5) non-single family residential lots and approximately three thousand four hundred seventeen (3,417) linear feet of public streets.
