The property was rezoned to "B-3" NA Business District Nonalcoholic Sales by Ordinance 74924 date December 9, 1991. The former "B-3 NA" Business District Nonalcoholic Sales converted to the current "C-3 NA" General Commercial District Nonalcoholic Sales with the zoning district conversion that accompanied the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code (Ordinance 93881, dated May 3, 2001).
