SUBJECT: Consideration of Completed High Profile Solicitation

The following high profile project has completed the solicitation process. This item is presented to the Audit and Accountability Committee for review prior to the full City Council for consideration.
River Walk Improvements - Phase 6 (Public Works) - Department issued a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for improvements to several sections along the River Walk's historic river bend and river extension to complete the scope of work as outlined in the City's River Walk Master Plan. The scope of work includes upgrades to existing walks, walls, handrails and steps, electrical work and lighting fixtures, as well as upgrades to the streetcar station elevator.
