SUBJECT: Consideration of Completed High Profile Solicitation

The following high profile project has completed the solicitation process. This item is presented to the Audit and Accountability Committee for review prior to the full City Council for consideration.
Seeling Channel Phase 3 (Public Works) - Department issued a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) for the reconstruction and widening of Seeling Channel and adjacent streets along with improvements to curbs, sidewalks and driveway approaches as needed. Additionally, alley improvements between Summit and Beverly will be included. The Seeling Channel Phase 3 project was approved by voters on May 6, 2017. This project will reduce the amount of storm water runoff entering the affected properties and divert the captured runoff to Alazan Creek.
