ANALYSIS:

The applicant is requesting a three year time time extension due to the economic downturn thus resulting in project delays and fulfilling the improvements required by the approval of Plat # 160013 - Stevens Ranch POD 26A1. Said improvements have not been initiated due to economic factors, and the current expiration date for the plat is September 12, 2020.

 

Case History:

The Planning Commission approved this plat on September 13, 2017. The plat has not been recorded.

 

Alternative ActionS

       The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request

       for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

       Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements   

       in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-   

       430(f)(2).
