RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 58.31 acre tract of land, which proposes one hundred ninety-seven (197) single-family residential lots, seven (7) non-single-family residential lots and approximately six thousand seven hundred ninety (6,790) linear feet of public streets.
