Discussion and consideration to approve the following agreements with the City of San Antonio as part of joint COVID response and recovery efforts:
a. An agreement with the City of San Antonio in the amount of $225,000 for WDC to provide outreach and grant application assistance services to westside small businesses.
b. An agreement with the City of San Antonio in the amount of $25,000 for WDC to outfit its facility as a resource hub to serve westside businesses.
