This ordinance will reschedule all the Regularly Scheduled Meetings during the Texas Municipal League Annual Conference in October 2020, the National League of Cities in November 2020, the Veterans’ Day Holiday, and the December & January Winter Holiday:

If the City Administration deems it necessary, a Special City Council Meeting may be scheduled.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
It is necessary to reschedule the City Council Meetings to accommodate for the Texas Municipal League Annual Conference in October 2020, the National League of Cities in November 2020, the Veterans’ Day Holiday, and the December & January Winter Holiday.
