ANALYSIS:

The applicant is requesting a three (3) year time extension to fulfill the improvements required by the approval of Plat # 160137 - Timberwood Park Unit 65.  Said improvements have not been completed due to the economic downturn thus resulting in project delays.

 

Case History:

The Planning Commission approved this plat on November 13, 2017. The plat has not been recorded.

 

Alternative Actions:

The Planning Commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with the City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
