Discussion and consideration to ratify the following agreements between Alamo Colleges and the Edgewood Independent School District to facilitate the property transfer and construction of the new Westside Education and Training Center (WETC):
a. A Lease Termination Agreement between the Edgewood Independent School District and the WDC to facilitate the transfer of the property to Alamo Colleges District, subject to consummation of the sale.
b. A Lease Agreement between Alamo Colleges District and the WDC for the continued use of the premises for the WDC office.
