The property was rezoned from Temporary "R-1" Single Family Residence District to "I-1" Light Industry District by Ordinance 42,694 dated August 23, 1973. The previous "I-1" Light Industry zoning district converted to "I-1" General Industrial District with the adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, established by Ordinance 93881, and dated May 03, 2001. The property was then rezoned from "I-1" General Industrial District to "C-3" General Commercial District by Ordinance 2007-05-03-0510 dated May 13, 2007.
