SUBJECT:

ADDR-SNC-20-12700004 Street Name Change of Lou Mell Drive to Pinnacle Oaks.

SUMMARY:

Street Name Change Case ADDR-SNC-20-12700004: A request by KFW Engineers for approval of a resolution to change Lou Mell Drive to Pinnacle Oaks, generally located between North Loop 1604 West and Bacon Road.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The street rename request is being submitted by the owner to correlate with the name of an existing development (Pinnacle Oaks Business Park) that is being expanded in the area. Pinnacle Oaks would reflect the nomenclature of the area, and this street would provide direct access to the Business Park being expanded. The street name change would enhance the area through the association of the requested street name and adjacent development.

Analysis and Notification Process:

This street name change was processed in accordance with Chapter 6 Section 672(d)(4) of the City Code that states although choices for names are unlimited, names may be selected to provide for better wayfinding.

This Street Name Change would require zero (0) address changes.

The segment consists of approximately one hundred and eighty (180) linear feet and two (2) ground mounted signs.

All City Departments reviewed the proposed request in accordance with Chapter 6 Section 675 of the City Code. The technical review included:
