The subject property was rezoned from "R-6" Townhouse Residence District to "O-1" Office District by Ordinance 58,095 dated January 5, 1984. The subject property was rezoned from "O-1" Office District to "P-1 (R-5)" Planned Unit Development Single Family Residence District by Ordinance 81,163 dated November 10, 1994.
