RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 16.423 acre tract of land, which proposes eighty-four (84) single-family residential lots, four (4) non-single-family residential lots and approximately three thousand three hundred sixty eight (3,368) linear feet of public streets.
