RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 12.23 acre tract of land, which proposes sixty-seven (67) single-family residential lots, one (1) non-single-family residential lots and approximately three thousand seven hundred seventy-eight (3,778) linear feet of public streets.
