ANALYSIS:

The applicant is requesting a time extension in order to fulfill the improvements required by the approval of Plat # 170481 - BCB - Inner Circle Dr., Unit 4. Said improvements have not been initiated due to economic factors, and the current expiration date for the plat is July 27, 2021.

 

Case History:

This plat was approved by Planning Commission on July 27, 2018.

 

Alternative Actions:                     

The Planning commission can Approve, Approve as Amended, or Disapprove the request for time extension, as per section 35-430(f)(2) of the Unified Development Code.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a three (3) year time extension for completion of the required site improvements in accordance with City of San Antonio’s Unified Development Code Section 35-430(f)(2).
