Discussion and action to consider a Resolution by the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Number Thirty, authorizing the Westside TIRZ Fund as the source of funding for a Chapter 380 Economic Development Loan Agreement between the City of San Antonio and the Westside Development Corporation (Prosper West) in an amount not to exceed $945,000 for the purchase and rehabilitation of the Basila Frocks Building located at 502 N. Zarzamora St., in City Council District 5.
