RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of 14.61 acre tract of land, which proposes, eighty-one (81) single-family residential lots, one (1) non-single family residential lot, and approximately two thousand eight hundred sixty-five (2,865) linear feet of public streets.
