Executive Summary
The subject property is located along Suzette Avenue and there is a single-family residence on the property. The applicant has constructed a large carport in the front of the residence which measures about 40 feet wide and 25 feet deep. The carport encroaches into the side and front setbacks by 2' 6" and 9' 9", respectively.
