Property History: The subject property is located within the original city limits as established in 1938, and was originally zoned "D" Apartment District. In a 1997 case, the property was rezoned to "R-2" Two Family Residence District. Upon adoption of the 2001 Unified Development Code, the previous base zoning district converted to the current "RM-4" Residential Mixed District. The property is not platted in its current configuration, but is developed with a commercial structure measuring approximately 2,200 square feet in size that was built in 1945.
