SUBJECT: Post-Solicitation Briefing for Annual Job Order Contract for On-Call HVAC Services

The Aviation Department will provide a post-solicitation briefing on the Annual Job Order Contract for On-Call HVAC Services which was presented as a Consent High Profile Contract Initiative for consideration on the Annual High Profile Report.

This post-solicitation briefing will include, as applicable, an overview of the procurement, estimated contract value, high profile designation, term of resultant contract, project scope and considerations, scoring criteria, SBEDA program requirements, audited financial statements, local preference applicability, veteran owned small business program applicability, project timeline, and evaluation committee members.

On December 5, 2014, a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) was released to select up to two qualified respondent to provide maintenance and repair of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at the San Antonio International Airport and Stinson Municipal Airport. These services are necessary to maintain the Airport's HVAC services at all locations within the San Antonio Airport System.

The RFCSP was advertised in the San Antonio Express-News on December 5, 2014, on the City's website from December 5, 2014 through January 9, 2015, and TVSA. An evaluation committee consisting of representatives from the Aviation and Building and Equipment Services Departments evaluated the proposals.
