SUBJECT:

Award of a Construction Contract for StormWater Outfall Repairs at Stinson Municipal Airport

SUMMARY:

This Ordinance will award a construction contract with J3 Company, LLC (J3) in the amount of $188,810.96 for repairs to two stormwater outfalls at Stinson Municipal Airport (Stinson).

An Invitation For Bids was released in April 2017 and advertised in the Hart Beat and City's website. Thirteen bids were opened on May 9, 2017. Freese& Nichols analyzed the low bids and determined J3 as the lowest responsive bidder.
