Professional Asset Management Services (TCI) - The Transportation & Capital Improvements Department is seeking Requests for Qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing Professional Asset Management Services. The selected firm will provide automated Pavement Condition Index (PCI) scores for approximately 4,152 centerline miles of pavement the City is responsible for maintaining.
