RECOMMENDATION:
Approval of a Subdivision Plat that consists of a 25.44 acre tract of land, which proposes eight two (82) single-family residential lots, seven (7) non-single family residential lots, and approximately three thousand nine hundred sixty five (3,965) linear feet of public streets.
