SUBJECT: Consideration of Completed High Profile Solicitation

The following high profile project has completed the solicitation process. This item is presented to the Audit and Accountability Committee for review prior to the full City Council for consideration.
On-Call Professional Services for Traffic Engineering (Public Works) - Department issued a Request for Qualifications for On-Call Traffic Engineering Consulting Services for firms to provide on-call or as needed professional traffic engineering consulting services. Due to the high volume of requests for traffic-related studies, investigations, as well as the limited in-house resources in this area, these agreements will continue to allow the City to utilize the services of consultants immediately at the City's discretion. The professional services provided under these agreements may include, but are not limited to, transportation systems planning, roadway design, traffic engineering studies, traffic operations design, and bicycle and pedestrian facilities.

Contracts Value: $1.5 Million (not to exceed $500,000.00 per contract year per
consultant)
Term of Contracts: 1 year with 2, 1 year options
