The following high-profile action has completed the solicitation process. This item is presented to the Audit and Accountability Committee for review prior to the full City Council for consideration.
On-Call Citywide Traffic Signal Optimization (Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Improvements Program) The City of San Antonio issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit for qualified engineers to provide on call or as needed traffic engineering services including data collection and implementation of updated traffic signal timing plans along the City's top 100 corridors. The short term improvements as a result of the information collected may result in lane assignment changes or signal head changes and identify long term improvements to include in future bond programs.
