Contract Award: Normoyle Park (2017 Bond Project)

An ordinance accepting the lowest responsive bid and awarding a construction contract in the amount of $737,072.00 to Crownhill Builders, Inc. for the Normoyle Park Project, a 2017 Bond funded project, located in Council District 5.

Project Background

Construction is anticipated to begin November 2019 and estimated to be completed by April 2020.
